For the second consecutive summer, the Lac Sainte Clair Pool in St. Clair Shores is closed due to equipment issues. St. Clair Shores aquatics manager Jason Harms said during the July 17 City Council meeting an issue with a filter occurred at 8 a.m. July 14 and the pool had to be shut down. He said emergency repairs were scheduled to take place this week and that he anticipates the pool reopening once the repairs to the pump house are completed. 'We are going to be repairing it and getting it open,' said Mayor Kip Walby.
