DETROIT – Fourteen Michigan harbors would be dredged under President Joe Biden's proposed budget that allocates more than $157 million for Great Lakes operations and maintenance, officials said. The funds would go to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District, which operates and maintains and operates 81 navigational projects on lakes Erie, Huron, Michigan, Superior and St. Clair.
